Delivery Information

Once an order has been placed, it may take 2-3 working days to process your order before it leaves the warehouse.

 

We only provide local shipping at the moment. For international shipping inquiry, you may contact us at cloverush@gmail.com.

 

We engage POSLAJU for all shipment of our parcels. All orders are charged according to the weight of the parcel. Our system will automatically calculate the weight and the amount you should pay will be displayed at the end of the order process. You will be notified by email along with a tracking number a day after the shipment leaves the warehouse.

 

Cloverush will not be held responsible for any delay and damage of shipment done by POSLAJU. You may track your parcel whereabouts through http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace/ by the tracking number provided or you may contact your local POSLAJU office or simply call their hotline at 1-300-300-300 directly.

POSLAJU delivers within 1-3 business days. Signature will be required when receiving the parcel. If addressee is not available at the time of delivery at his/her place, you may require to pickup your item at the nearest POSLAJU branch in 5 working days (Please refer to Poslaju for latest information). NO REFUND or EXCHANGE if the parcel is returned to us due uncollected parcel. An additional payment need to be made for a new delivery.
